Organic farming excludes any use of chemicals. Our family uses natural organic manure from our chickens and sheep for the fertilization of the olive trees.

Right after harvest, to take advantage of the rainfall, the distribution of manure begins. Loading our cars and with the help of a small carrier, we distribute, with great effort, the manure even to the most remote areas.

At the same time, a digging machine, which is guided by the priest father Stratis, follows and digs the ground for better ventilation and greater assimilation of nutrients.
